Ethan McLeod

Ethan graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in genetics and double minors in computer science and stem cell studies. During his undergraduate coursework, Ethan also worked for Dr. Slukvin, as well as Gene Uenishi’s laboratories. It was here where he was able to ask many questions and learn stem cell differentiation techniques. He currently is a Research Specialist for FUJIFILM-Cellular Dynamics, Inc., where he is responsible for all in vivo mouse testing and mouse maintenance.

Ethan’s ultimate goal is to start his own company. He believes that the M.S. in Biotechnology Program and the uniquely tailored biotechnology industry courses of science, business, and the law will be integral to jump starting his career aspirations.
